Do you accept walk-ins?
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We do not accept walk-ins. Book online or call/text 540-699-0410. Same-day appointments are often available for urgent needs.
Can you come to a hospital or nursing facility?
Yes. We regularly serve clients at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and nursing facilities. Please let us know the facility name and any visitor check-in requirements when booking.
Can you notarize a document I've already signed?
Generally no. Most notarizations require you to sign in the notary's presence. If your document is already signed it may need to be re-executed. Contact us before your appointment if unsure.
Is remote online notarization legally accepted?
Yes. Virginia was one of the first states to authorize RON. Documents notarized by a Virginia-commissioned RON are legally valid and accepted by most lenders, courts, employers, and government agencies.
Do you offer after-hours and weekend appointments?
