We do not sell your personal information.

Any third parties who receive your information are expected to use it only for the limited purpose for which it was shared and to protect it appropriately.

4) Background Screening Data

Background check requests are processed through a third-party Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)-compliant consumer reporting agency. That agency's privacy policy and practices govern the handling, storage, and security of background screening data. We do not create or maintain detailed background reports on our own systems and do not store background report results. Employers who request background checks are responsible for complying with all FCRA requirements and applicable employment laws.

5) Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic or physical storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

6) Virginia Consumer Data Protection

If you are a Virginia resident, you may have certain rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), subject to applicable exceptions. These rights include:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and access such data;
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
  • Request deletion of personal data you have provided to us;
  • Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable and readily usable format.
